- Support layout optimization, capacity planning, and production scheduling activities

- Ensure production processes meet safety and regulatory compliance standards
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (fresh graduates welcome)
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, process control, and statistical analysis
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills and process improvement mindset
- Effective communicator with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Power BI or Power Query is a plus
