A regional systems integrator specializing in intelligent building automation and energy efficiency is expanding its commercial team. This firm is known for delivering customized solutions across Singapore and Johor Bahru, helping clients optimize their facilities through the integration of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS).
We’re looking for a technically grounded
BMS Sales Engineer who can drive strategic growth and client satisfaction across the region. If you’re someone who understands the power of automation and sustainability, and can convert that into meaningful commercial value—this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify, develop, and execute sales strategies across Singapore and Johor Bahru
- Engage directly with facility managers, developers, and consultants to understand their BMS/EMS needs
- Craft and present solution-driven proposals tailored to client challenges
- Collaborate with in-house engineers for smooth project delivery and commissioning
- Provide ongoing account management and post-sales technical support
- Stay up to date with evolving BMS/EMS technologies and market trends
- Maintain and report a healthy pipeline of opportunities to sales leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in BMS, EMS, or building automation sales
- Strong technical grounding in BMS systems—integration, controls, and commissioning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-first mindset
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and build long-term relationships
- Comfortable with field visits and regional travel (Singapore & Johor Bahru)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard BMS platforms/tools
