A fast-scaling AI infrastructure and solutions provider is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) to accelerate growth across Southeast Asia, Greater China, and Japan.

This is a strategic yet hands-on role ideal for someone who can lead high-value enterprise accounts while building long-term, scalable partner ecosystems. You’ll be joining a lean, high-performance team driving AI adoption across multiple industries.


What You’ll Be Doing

Enterprise Growth
  • Manage and deepen relationships with key enterprise clients across SEA, China, and Japan
  • Uncover client needs and map tailored AI solutions—such as RAG frameworks and GPU infrastructure—to deliver real business value
Partnership Development
  • Identify, onboard, and grow channel partners and go-to-market alliances
  • Co-create market expansion plans, build joint offerings, and scale reach across the region
Commercial Execution
  • Own the full BD lifecycle—from first contact to commercial close—with both clients and partners
  • Structure enterprise and channel agreements aligned with strategic goals and delivery capabilities
Internal Collaboration
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure strong execution and client satisfaction


The Ideal Profile

  • A relationship-builder with a strong network and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • A commercially minded operator who can balance long-term strategic thinking with short-term execution
  • Tech-savvy and curious about how AI and GPU-powered infrastructure are transforming businesses
  • Regional in mindset—with experience across Southeast Asia, China, and/or Japan
  • Mandarin-speaking preferred due to key market coverage in Greater China

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or key account management—ideally in AI, SaaS, cloud, or infrastructure tech
  • Proven ability to close deals, manage enterprise accounts, and grow strategic partner networks
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience aligning technical solutions to commercial outcomes
  • A self-starter mindset with the agility to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
