About the Role
As the Project Planner, you will manage and maintain detailed project schedules to support construction progress and client reporting requirements. You’ll play a key role in coordinating with project managers and site teams, ensuring accurate tracking, progress claims, and forecast planning using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate baseline programmes for project rollout
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and site teams to track updates and prepare progress claims
- Submit weekly look-ahead schedules to monitor key deliverables
- Prepare and maintain a 4-week rolling program to guide site execution
- Generate accurate monthly reports for internal and client updates
What You’ll Need
▪ A recognized degree in Engineering or a related field▪ Minimum 10 years’ experience working on building fire protection systems
▪ At least 5 years’ experience handling LTA projects
â–Ş Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
â–Ş Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder expectations
