Consumer Finance Contact Centre Manager to oversee inbound support and collections operations. The role plays a critical function in maintaining high portfolio quality and optimizing customer financial services performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the inbound consumer finance and collections team, overseeing performance, quality, and compliance
- Ensure accuracy of financial data, timely account resolutions, and high customer satisfaction
- Drive improvements across reporting, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency
- Manage end-to-end collections for finance and levies portfolios, with a focus on minimizing defaults
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Sales, and IT
- Develop staff and ensure high-performing service through training, coaching, and quality control
What We’re Looking For
- Collection experience in B2C financial services or a related industry
- Fluent Mandarin speaker with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to be based in Yancheng, China
- Proven team leadership within an inbound/outbound call center environment
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
