An emerging tech company in the data centre space is looking for a
Sales Manager to support their commercial expansion in Southeast Asia. Backed by deep AI expertise and product validation, they are now looking to strengthen their reach into the
data centre market—and need someone with the right domain understanding to make it happen.
This role is ideal for someone with
strong B2B or solution sales experience who’s worked with or sold to data centre operators, infrastructure providers, or facility management teams.

What you’ll be doing
- Identify and build relationships with data centre operators, tenants, and partners in the region
- Work closely with the Sales Director to develop sales strategies and pitch positioning
- Educate prospects on the value of AI-enabled infrastructure solutions
- Manage deal cycles from initial contact to closure
- Support inbound inquiries and outbound pipeline generation
- Work with cross-functional teams (tech, product, delivery) to ensure client success
What we’re looking for
- 4–8 years of sales experience, ideally in tech, infrastructure, or energy-related sectors
- Familiarity with data centre environments (either as clients or as former employers)
- Able to simplify technical offerings and position value to operational stakeholders
- Strong communication, hustle, and follow-through
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, lean startup setting
