📍Singapore | Data Centre & Infrastructure Solutions | Salary Up to SGD 15,000 Base + Performance Incentives

A growing AI scale-up is hiring a Sales Director (VP-level) to lead commercial efforts in the data centre sector across Southeast Asia. While the team is highly experienced in AI and software innovation, they are now looking for someone who deeply understands the data centre ecosystem—from infrastructure to operations—to help them navigate and close opportunities with the right customer base.

This is a high-impact commercial leadership role, ideal for someone who’s sold into data centres before and is excited to shape the revenue engine of a company on the rise.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead solution-based sales targeting data centre owners, operators, tenants, and partners
  • Own the full sales cycle—from identifying accounts to closing and expanding them
  • Build trust and credibility with technical and commercial stakeholders in the infra space
  • Translate advanced AI capabilities into tangible ROI for the data centre audience
  • Drive market feedback to inform product priorities and commercial messaging
  • Collaborate with founders and help build scalable sales processes and incentive structures
 

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience selling to or working within the data centre ecosystem in SEA
  • 10+ years in enterprise or solution sales, ideally in infra, energy, or facilities tech
  • Confident working in lean, early-stage setups with a builder’s mindset
  • Bonus if you’ve sold anything related to data centre management, DCIM, cooling, automation, or energy efficiency
  • Technical background (engineering or similar) preferred for product alignment
  • Someone who thrives in partner-style selling and building long-term relationships
