A fast-growing AI infrastructure company is looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead expansion efforts across Southeast Asia, Greater China, and Japan.

This is a hunter role, ideal for someone who creates opportunities, penetrates new networks, and closes high-value AI infrastructure deals. You’ll work directly with AI developers, cloud providers, and major enterprises that require high-performance GPU computing for large-scale AI workloads.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify & Secure New Clients – Develop relationships with AI tech firms, LLM developers, EV manufacturers, and enterprises needing GPU resources.
  • Build Market Presence – Use networking, events, and direct outreach to position the company as a leading AI infrastructure provider.
  • Negotiate & Close Deals – Manage contract discussions and structure deals tailored to high-volume GPU compute requirements.
  • Develop & Manage Sales Pipeline – Refine sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and ensure sustainable expansion.
  • Stay Ahead of AI Trends – Understand how AI-driven businesses adopt GPU solutions, cloud AI, and compute-heavy applications.

 

Who You Are

  • A Hustler & Connector – You know how to break into networks, engage decision-makers, and close enterprise deals.
  • Tech-Savvy & Curious – You understand the importance of GPU computing in AI-driven industries.
  • Mandarin-Speaking (Preferred) – Many clients are China-based or expanding internationally.
  • Strategic Yet Hands-On – You drive strategy but also hunt for deals yourself.
  • Regional BD Experience – You’ve done business in Singapore, Malaysia, China, or Japan, or are eager to break into these markets.

 

The Ideal Background

  • 3+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships in AI, cloud computing, data centers, or high-performance infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of AI infrastructure trends, particularly in LLMs, cloud computing, and enterprise AI adoption.
  • Experience selling to or working with AI startups, cloud providers, or major AI-driven enterprises.
  • Proven ability to close complex deals and develop long-term enterprise partnerships.
  • Familiarity with GPU computing, cloud AI solutions, and AI model training is a plus but not mandatory.
